Reuters | Spam Week Cooks Up Old Memories
I’ve never really had spam until our aphio excomm (that’s executive committee — officers, basically — for you non-aphio folk out there) retreat last month… and boy, I was surprised! it’s actually rather tasty! well.. once you get past the salt and all that. and if you don’t think too much about what you’re eating. Spam is actually quite yummy. Apparently, a lot of asians eat it.. or at least a lot of my filipino friends say a lot of filipinos eat it. Who knew!
