Reason for comment is that I was wondering why you
haven’t established an IHOP in Muskogee Ok. 74401
Highway 69 carries a large amount of traffic
including over 2,000 semi trucks every 24 hours.
Other through traffic includes snow birds and
other tourists. Would be ideal place for an IHOP
as your ads are read daily on our cable. Notice
you have three IHOP’s in Tulsa. Muskogee would
be well worth your while. If you are interested
please keep my name on all future inquiries as
the city will pay $1,000 to anyone who brings in
a new business. Give it some thought.

I Have never Been in an IHOP until yesterday and from the service I recieve at the New Hartford New York The service there wassomething else The coffee there was cold and the portions with the meals were very small And when we said something they made a big scene about it.
I have eaten in your restaurants many times over the years and find them the best in the industry with good food and reasonable prices. We live in Kerrville Texas some 62 miles N.W. of San Antonio along side of Interstate 10 which is a heavily travelled road, both truck & auto. We are in desperate need of a restaurant like I HOP and the people of Kerrville all feel yours is the one we would like to have locate here. All of us think you would hit a HOME RUN if you would just put one of your restaurants here. This town is a little over 21000 plus the draw from the rest of the hill country, which is a lot of extra draw. Please consider this appeal and advise me on your thoughts on this.
